The Third Annual Plutus Awards is the brain child of Luke Landes "Flexo" of Consumerism Commentary and are designed to reflect the financial blogosphere.
In early August, bloggers will be encouraged to vote and solicit votes from their readers, friends, and fellow bloggers across a number of categories, such as “Best Frugality Blog” and “Best Personal Finance Blog for Students.”
A committee of fifteen financial bloggers are being selected to represent the blogosphere at large, and a secret ballot will be used to determine the winner in each category. The award ceremony will be Emcee by Kevin McKee of Thousandaire.com.

Ignite is a speaking movement that has grown like wildfire around the world. At Ignite events from Boulder to Budapest, speakers are encouraged to jump up on stage to educate, inspire, or entertain a crowd of enthusiastic, like minded individuals.

Lodo’s is a massive four story restaurant that turns into a club post 9pm.
We get a private room (The Rox Room) that opens up to a public rooftop dance floor and bartender. This gives us a private space for mixing and mingling and a dance floor to show off our moves.
We will have freedom to go throughout the whole club, and we will have free drink tickets good for soda, beer, wine, and well liquor.
The theme will be 90s hip hop. Oh yeah! We’ll have a DJ, photo booth, and more on hand to make it a fun time.
